Medical Biller Requirements
- Must have proven experience in CPT and ICD-10 knowledge
- 1+ years of medical billing job experience
- 1+ years of medical claims processing
- 1+ years receivable / collection work
- DME billing experience is a plus
- 1+ years physician coding
- Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent customer service skills
- Submit a cover letter and your current resume demonstrating your medical professional billing experience

Requirements/ Qualifications
- New graduates of an accredited medical assistant program are encouraged to apply
- 1+ years of previous Medical Assisting experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Travel between clinic locations is required
Job Duties
- Triage patient phone calls
- Front desk- reception/ scheduling procedures
- Ensure all related reports, test results and information are filed and available in patient’s medical record prior to their appointment.
- Obtaining patient history, vitals, review of systems, charting medications and allergies
- Assist physicians with exams and injections
- Assist physicians with Interventional Pain Management Procedures
- Preparing, maintaining and stocking the examination and procedure rooms
- Complete other comparable duties as directed by the physician or Clinical Supervisor.
